1. ຄຸນສົມບັດຂອງຜູ້ສະໝັກ · Eligibility criteria

ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ສຳເລັດການສຶກສາຊັ້ນມັດທະຍົມຕອນຕົ້ນ ຫຼື ມັດທະຍົມຕອນປາຍ, ເປັນນັກຮຽນຢູ່ວິທະຍາໄລ, ນັກສຶກສາຢູ່ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ຫຼື ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ສຳເລັດການສຶກສາແລ້ວ ແຕ່ຍັງບໍ່ທັນມີວຽກເຮັດງານທຳ;
Has completed lower- or upper-secondary education, is enrolled at a college or university, or has graduated and is not yet employed;

Lacks the opportunity to continue his or her education;
ເປັນພົນລະເມືອງລາວ ຫຼື ຜູ້ທີ່ດຳລົງຊີວິດຢູ່ ສປປ ລາວ.
Is a Lao citizen or a resident of the Lao PDR.

2. ເອກະສານປະກອບຄຳຮ້ອງ · Required documents

A completed application form;
